IZGARA Terms & Conditions
Reservations
Reservations must be made online unless agreed with management. Please be aware that if you fail to cancel your booking or inform the restaurant should the number of attendees reduce 48 hours prior to the reservation. Izgara reserves tables for a maximum of 2 hours (subject to availability) from the reservation time stated.
Late Policy
Tables will be held for a maximum of 20 minutes from the reservation time stated and later released unless otherwise agreed/discussed with management.
Cake Policy
While we permit guests to bring their own cakes(except pastries & cupcakes), we regretfully cannot store them in advance. Guests are responsible for the care and handling of their cakes
Children Policy
Children are always welcome at IZGARA. For safety reasons, due to glassware and hot food service, we kindly ask that children remain seated with their families throughout the service and are supervised at all times.
Deposit
We require a deposit of £10 per person for reservations of 6 guests and over upon making your booking. Tables are only secured once the deposit payment is paid in full. The deposit will be fully deducted from the final bill at the end of your night automatically unless requested to be refunded.
Allergens & Dietary Requirements
If you have any allergens or dietary requirements, please ask a member of our team before ordering and ensure verbal confirmation is given that it is suitable for your consumption. Nuts and flour are used in our kitchen & bar. Despite efforts to prevent cross-contamination, any of our dishes may contain traces of nuts and gluten.
Refund Policy
The deposit amount paid will be deducted from the final bill; however, we can refund upon request. Please note if you request a full refund of the deposit, this may take between 5-10 working days.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be informed to management 48 hours prior to the reservation day. For reservations of 10+ attendees, management must be informed 1 week prior to the reservation day. A cancellation fee may be applicable.
Payments
We accept payments via cash and credit/debit card (MasterCard, VISA, Maestro). Unfortunately, we do not accept payments from American Express.
Telephone Payments
For security purposes, you may be asked to present the same card used for payment or valid identification for payments received via our telephone payment service.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in British pounds (£/GBP). All prices include V.A.T. If you are placing an order using a card that is not denominated in British pounds (£/GBP), your card issuer will calculate the applicable exchange rate to process the transaction. Izgara is not responsible for any exchange rates and charges.

Our Promise
Our primary aim is to provide all our guests with a memorable dining experience and achieve 100% customer satisfaction. Our promise is to provide you with great service and great food, served in a wonderful ambiance. Please inform a member of staff or get in touch via email at [email protected] if you encounter any problems or have an unsatisfactory dining experience at Izgara and we will try our utmost to rectify our mistake.
Dress Code
Please note that we have a strict smart/casual dress code; no tracksuits, hoods, or slippers are permitted at our restaurant.
Sale of Alcohol
We operate by the Challenge 25 policy; if you are lucky enough to look under 25, you will be asked to provide proof that you are over 18. Failure to do so will result in refusal of service. We do not offer a corkage service at our restaurant. Beverages brought from outside the restaurant are not allowed to be consumed during your stay.
Abuse Policy
We do not tolerate any form of violence or abusive behavior towards our guests and staff. Should such an occasion arise, we may refuse to serve you, and you may be asked to leave the premises.
Smoking
Smoking or vaping at our restaurant is strictly prohibited.
Product Availability
We make every effort to display accurate stock availability on the website, but stock levels are subject to change without notification. Please note that all orders are subject to availability, and stock is not reserved until your order has been confirmed. Items placed in your basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
Completing an Order
Before completing an order, you can review your order, including the total price. Once you submit your order by pressing confirm in checkout, you have agreed to pay the total amount due and have agreed to the terms and conditions.
Payments

Payment for your order is taken at the time your order is placed. The currency used is British Pounds (GBP).
You are required to provide payment details that are valid and correct, and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided. Izgara reserves the right to cancel orders if they do not meet all or any of the security requirements.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an online confirmation on your screen once your order has been placed, as well as an email confirmation.
Changes to Your Placed Order
We aim to deliver orders as quickly as possible, so once your order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to your order. If you wish to change a placed order, you must contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] or alternatively on 02084211525 quoting your order number.

Vouchers & Masterclass Terms and Conditions
All vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of sale unless otherwise stated on limited edition vouchers. Vouchers not used within this time will be forfeited with no entitlement to refund or exchange. It is not possible to extend the voucher beyond the stated 12-month validity period. Vouchers must be presented by the bearer on arrival (printed copy or via smartphone) and must be mentioned when booking.
Vouchers for masterclasses are only valid with a booking, and no admittance shall be permitted for persons without a booking.
The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
